“Reagan is extremely kind, approachable and a calming energy. I really enjoyed her prenatal yoga classes and her teaching methods, especially the breathing and affirmations she had shared in class. I also felt like she was supportive and someone that would be a calming presence during birth and my husband felt the same. She asked questions to ensure she understood our needs and provided us with lots of information, without forcing any opinions.

My partner found that she was also attentive to his needs and respectful of him and the support he needed. She supported both him and myself, and went above and beyond to ensure she was thoughtful when to step in. He felt that it made it really easy and a good team during labour.”

“Reagan organised thorough and insightful antenatal sessions and knew exactly when to check in, giving just the right balance of practical, informational and emotional support whilst also empowering and encouraging us to lean into our own inner resources; standing up for ourselves when our chosen hospital said they couldn’t support us and exploring flexible solutions.”

— JG, mother of two

“As J’s partner, I honestly can’t imagine going through this experience without Reagan. Her calm, reassuring preparation helped me feel grounded, included, and confident in how I could show up. The care she gave to our whole family, including our toddler, meant everything. We’re incredibly grateful for her, she had a hugely positive impact on our experience.”

— RS, birth partner and father of two

“She was kind, experienced, and made me feel safe, loved and understood. She showed respect for my culture, beliefs and personal situation as well. I am very grateful for her support.”

— JA, first time mother

Hello, thanks for connecting.

My name is Reagan. I am a holistic doula, yoga instructor and mother of two boys.

I bring a calm and caring nature to my work. My specialised training in pre/postnatal yoga has helped shape my knowledge in physiology and biomechanics, influencing the doula care I provide clients throughout pregnancy, birth and early postpartum. Complimentary practices of breath work and relaxation techniques also help to support the physical body and regulate the nervous system, creating a power tool to take forward into any birth, as well as parenting.

A huge emphasis of my doula offering is around supporting the birthing person through empowering their birthing partner. I help partners in preparing for birth with confidence by offering practical tools of support during labour and birth as well as advocacy skills to navigate through the twists and turns of the perinatal journey. Together, we will establish positive rituals to carry forward, helping everyone to feel prepared, confident and at ease.

I also volunteer at Homerton University Hospital’s postnatal ward, with NCT charity, offering Infant Feeding Peer Support, expanding my experience on how to best support new parents as they care for their newborns in those most tender early days.

Community is at the heart of my work. A majority of my pre/postnatal yoga classes are fully funded, allowing them to be free to attend within my local East London community. This is with intention, making movement, self care and knowledge accessible, whilst bringing new families together for support. The village we all need when parenting.
