Continuity of care through pregnancy, labour, birth and early-postpartum. This package includes 3 antenatal sessions implementing tools to create a calm mind, calm body; overviewing the physiology of birth; comfort measures and your unique birth plan. We’ll work together with your birthing partner to ensure you both feel prepared and empowered to welcome your baby into the world.

A one-off 90-minute call that targets your biggest concerns. Those final weeks of pregnancy can be met with unexpected twists in turns. If you have left a midwife or obstetric appointment and unsure what your options are, this one is for you. Having a trusted advocate to turn to for evidence-based knowledge as well as a listening ear to hold those tender moments with support, when you need it the most. The session will be followed up with signposted information and text support to fit your needs.

In-home care focused on recovery, nourishment, rest and infant feeding. This is support that matters. When you are truly held and nourished you are better resourced to care for yourself and your loved ones. This couldn’t be more true during your 4th trimester, your own rebirth.

Offering a 75-minute 1:1 pregnancy or postnatal yoga session. Expect breathwork to support your pelvic floor, gentle strengthening where your body needs it most, stretching and creating space and an extended relaxation to down regulate your nervous system. You will feel calmer, stronger and more aligned.

Whether you’re pregnant or postpartum your nutritional needs are essential to the wellbeing of yourself and your baby. When life is too demanding to cook wholesome, nutrient dense meals, this is the option for you. We’ll work together to create a menu that caters to your allergies, dietary preferences and palette. These meals will leave you satisfied and nourished.

Hello, thanks for connecting.
My name is Reagan. I am a holistic doula, yoga instructor and mother of two boys.
I bring a calm and caring nature to my work. My specialised training in pre/postnatal yoga has helped shape my knowledge in physiology and biomechanics, influencing the doula care I provide clients throughout pregnancy, birth and early postpartum. Complimentary practices of breath work and relaxation techniques also help to support the physical body and regulate the nervous system, creating a power tool to take forward into any birth, as well as parenting.
A huge emphasis of my doula offering is around supporting the birthing person through empowering their birthing partner. I help partners in preparing for birth with confidence by offering practical tools of support during labour and birth as well as advocacy skills to navigate through the twists and turns of the perinatal journey. Together, we will establish positive rituals to carry forward, helping everyone to feel prepared, confident and at ease.
I also volunteer at Homerton University Hospital’s postnatal ward, with NCT charity, offering Infant Feeding Peer Support, expanding my experience on how to best support new parents as they care for their newborns in those most tender early days.
Community is at the heart of my work. A majority of my pre/postnatal yoga classes are fully funded, allowing them to be free to attend within my local East London community. This is with intention, making movement, self care and knowledge accessible, whilst bringing new families together for support. The village we all need when parenting.
